Who it fits
Good fit for
This bed suits teens and families who need flexible sleeping arrangements. The pull-up trundle is ideal for sleepovers or occasional overnight guests. The upholstered design with a padded headboard makes it suitable for lounging during the day. Its compact twin size fits well in bedrooms with limited floor space. The sturdy metal frame ensures stability for everyday use. If you want a piece that functions as both a sofa and a bed, this model delivers that versatility through its integrated trundle system.
Who should skip it
You should look elsewhere if you need a full-size or queen-size bed. This model is strictly a twin, so it may not accommodate larger adults comfortably. The trundle is also a twin size, meaning it is best for children or smaller guests. If you prefer a wooden frame over upholstered leather, this brown PU leather design may not match your decor. Additionally, the trundle pulls out from the side, so ensure you have enough clearance in your room for the mechanism to extend fully without obstruction.
Verdict: The LIKIMIO Twin Upholstered Daybed offers a practical space-saving solution with a sturdy 500 lbs capacity and comfortable lounging features. It is a strong choice for smaller rooms needing flexible overnight sleeping options.

Weight Capacity: 500 lbs
The metal frame supports up to 500 pounds. This limit applies to the total weight of the sleeper and the mattress. It is strong enough for most adults and larger teenagers. This capacity is higher than many basic wooden daybeds. It ensures the frame remains stable during daily use or when guests sleep over.
Headboard Height: 13.3 inches

The extra width accommodates the rounded armrests for added comfort. It fits well against a wall or in a corner. This width is standard for twin daybeds with trundles.
Design and Build Quality
The listing describes a sturdy metal frame that supports up to 500 lbs. This heavy-duty construction suggests the bed can handle daily use without wobbling. This padding allows you to sit or lean against the headboard comfortably. The rounded armrests add smooth curves to the design. They provide a gentle surface for your arms when you are lounging or reading in bed. The retro style fits well in modern or casual bedrooms.
The pull-out trundle is a twin size. It slides out from underneath the main bed to create a second sleeping space. This 2-in-1 layout saves floor space compared to buying two separate beds. You can keep the trundle tucked away during the day. It is ready to use when you have overnight guests or sleepovers. The assembly is straightforward, with labeled parts and clear instructions. You do not need special tools to put it together.

Before You Buy This Daybed
You need two twin mattresses for this setup. One goes on the main frame, and the second sits on the pull-up trundle. Verify that both mattresses are standard twin size. The trundle mechanism requires enough clearance to slide out smoothly. Check your room’s floor space carefully. The unit is 37.7 inches wide and 79.3 inches long. You must leave room for the trundle to extend fully. Upholstered surfaces like the brown PU leather need regular dusting. Spills should be wiped immediately to prevent stains. This model suits teens or guests who need extra sleeping space without a full bed frame. It differs from loft beds by keeping both levels on the ground. It also differs from standard daybeds by including the hidden trundle. If you have limited floor space but need two beds, this compact design works well. Ensure your floor is level for stable assembly.
Check before you buy
- Confirm you have two twin mattresses ready for use.
